iStyleLikeMe!!: Every Hour Is Happy Hour!

Friday, July 13th: My story began with a 9:30am nail appointment - @mscsheri34, then a 11:30am hair appointment - @briowe, a few hours of work, a little blogging and ended with a late happy hour.

Almost every after work, off day, weekend outfit looks like this, consisting of some type of althleisure look. It’s Summer, therefore instead of my workout pants, I dug out my Nike running shorts.

As for my shirt 9 times out of 10 I'm wearing a button up. Now that I think about it, I own 5 blue and white stripe shirts, four are button-ups.

Question: Is it button up for men and button down for women?? 🤔 *let me go ask Google*
Google: Button-up or button-front if the shirt buttons all the way up the front. A button-down shirt actually just refers to buttons on the collar. A Button down shirt has two small buttons to keep the collar fasted to the shirt.

Clearly it has nothing to do with the sex wearing the shirt. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Anyway... In my room I have a closet for just shirts and 70% are button-ups. I'm going to assume its because I worked at J.Crew and that's a staple shirt style for the brand. Which makes me slightly addicted. I'm known to buy the same shirt in different colors if I love it.

Of course I didn’t add these shoes until I was called to happy hour. I’ve lusted after these Cruel Summers since day one. But the way my ankles were set up, I never thought they looked appealing on me. But now with workout ankles and a bomb sale at Neiman's, my Summer is looking pretty cruel!
