Say Yes to The Dress!

Who I Style Like?!?! iStyle Like Me!

Only part of this night went as planned. The beginning started off a little rocky with my train being over a hour late. This setback messed up my strategic arrival to the event. The plan was to be at the event before it started. Instead, I got there almost an hour and a half into the event. I'm running down the street (literally) trying to meet Tiff at the door... so she can point me to the direction of the restroom to change. Guess where the restroom was? Through the even't space on the other side of the room. Now I'm Clark Kent. I enter the bathroom in my Saucony's and return in my Gucci's to save the day.

I'm so glad my dress and I were present at this event, mainly because it was important to Tiff and because the event turned out very interesting. Tiff this is a story we will laugh with our grandkids about. Two hours later I was back in the bathroom, back in my Saucony's and back on the train to Baltimore. I spent more time on the train than I actually spent in the state of New York. 5 hours on the train, 2 hours in New York, and 1 epic dress. I beat my own "how fast can I get out of NY" recored. It was all worth it to be there for my friend.

Clearly this dress is so fab that it needed attention and applause in two states.
The dress made its first appearance in New York. The second appearance in Baltimore, at some some party that wasn't deserving of it. I don't know if I have it in me to wear this dress again. Especially after I post this blog. Oh well, at least I looked great for the total of 50 people that saw me in person. But now my cyber community can see. Isn't she cute?! And the fit was Ah-May-Zing! How can anyone over the size of 4 get into this thing? It took me forever to put on while trying not to smear my deodorant all over it. Le Sigh!

Oh and while taking these pictures in this dress, I accidentally backed into a motorcycle and now have a third degree burn on my leg. Ugh. I'm so upset. I am way to old to have big ass marks and scars on my body. And it's the summer time. I can't hide this burn when wearing shorts... but please believe I will make it look as fashionable as possible. Luckily, the dress didn't get ruined. Unlucky for me, maybe it could have saved my leg.

Outfit Details...
{Dress: H&M, Shoes: Gucci} Purchased in Arizona.

And because I probably won't wear this dress again, I brought it in another color. *wink*
